Found Tied up with an electrical cable in someone's garden.
Male – entire. Black. Approx. 4 years old.
Not been clipped for 12 months plus. His coat was frozen solid, and surrounded him like an ice cube. He was put under heat lamps for 3 days. He has seen a vet who could only do a minimum examination as the depth of his coat prevented them getting to his skin and his skeleton. The dog is chipped to a public house in Derby, the pub phone number does not accept incoming calls. Wardens are serving notice to the pub but are doubtful that the manager now will have details of previous owner.
